Nahant Beach is open year-round for your enjoyment and beyond the beach, there is a lot more to explore! Nahant is a quick drive from Boston and close to local public transportation options. Nahant Beach has miles of clean sand and the water is also very clear and gradual. There is paved promenade along with beach perfect for walking, biking, or jogging from end to end. It also has a bathhouse, local restaurant, and coffee shop within walking distance.

- Open for Public May – Columbus Day
- Restrooms, Showers, Vistor Center, First Aid Station
- Porta Potties located along Beach Memorial Day – Labor Day
- Lifeguard Supervision – Memorial Day – Labor Day
- No dogs allowed on Beach April 1st – September 15th
- Dogs permitted on Beach Sept 16th- March 31st
- Curb dogs from disrupting wildlife and shorebird nesting areas
- Dogs are allowed on Doggie Beach year-round!
- Doggie Beach is located on opposite side of Causeway
